Edward Roberge circa 1946 US ARMY
Dad's Army Basic Training took place at Fr. Sill, OK. From there he was transferred
to Ft. Dix, New Jersey. While stationed at Ft. Dix, he received training as a medic and as a cook.

His training turned out to be very useful in civilian life as husband and daddy. He was a wonderful sliver-extractor. He had a very delicate touch. And Could He Cook ! !

And we cannot forget the medal he received for Rifle Marksmanship
